Grow Steps
1. Seed Germination
Per run, we pre-germinate hundreds of seeds over a period of 2 weeks.
From these seeds, we select the plants that have sprouted the strongest and most evenly.
2. Veg Phase
During the veg phase, leaves and stems grow vigorously.
Light, temp, humidity, and nutrients are precisely dialed in.
3. Flower Phase
In this phase, bud development begins.
Each plant is defoliated multiple times to improve airflow and prevent mold.
Additionally, we disinfect the air in the grow room with hydrogen peroxide.
All plants are lollipopped. This involves removing leaves and small shoots from the lower part of the stem so that energy flows into large buds.
A multi-stage airlock system prevents the introduction of pests.
4. Harvest
Through many grow cycles, we know the optimal harvest time for each strain.
All cannabis buds are carefully separated from the stem, defoliated, and taken to the drying room.
5. Drying
Very large, dense buds carry an increased risk of mold, so they must be broken down for even drying.
We use a slow, terpene-preserving dry at around 60% relative humidity and 18°C.
6. Curing
We measure the residual moisture with a precise lab device.
As soon as all buds are at around 15-16% residual moisture, active drying is stopped.
We then fill them into airtight jars and start curing with humidity packs at around 62% relative humidity.
7. Storage
The buds sit in the jars for weeks, developing a more intense aroma and becoming smoother to smoke.
They are stored cool, protected from light, and under optimal humidity.
8. Lab Analysis
Each batch is tested by a professional lab for the exact THC and CBD content.
In addition, the State Directorate of Saxony, the responsible supervisory authority, takes its own sample of each batch.
9. Dispensing
Finally, we package the cannabis with humidity packs in small ziplock bags.
The harvest date and curing time are transparently indicated on each bag.
10. Cleaning
After every grow, we perform a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the grow room.
During this, the floor, walls, tables, and all surfaces that come into contact with the plants are cleaned.
This ensures that the next run can start smoothly and under hygienic conditions.
